Is WARDOGS down?
This page is not an official status feed. It reports what we get back when we poll the WARDOGS server list ourselves, the same list the in-game browser reads, in every zone, once a minute, and compares that with the last 24 hours. If the list answers us, it is almost certainly answering your game too; if it does not, the fault may be on our side rather than the game’s.

How this page decides
Most status pages count how many people pressed a button saying the game is broken. This one reports a measurement from a single vantage point: our own connection to the WARDOGS server list, polled in every zone once a minute and compared with the last 24 hours:
- No official servers at all, or fewer than a quarter of the day’s average: down.
- Official servers below 60% of the day’s average, players in matches down 40% or more in an hour, or three or more zones returning nothing: degraded.
- No snapshot listing servers with players in the last ten minutes: unknown, shown honestly rather than guessed, because the fault may be ours.
- Everything else: up. Being unable to join one specific server is not an outage.
One connection cannot see everything. A regional routing problem between you and the game, or a single server refusing joins, will not show up here while the list as a whole keeps answering us.

Is WARDOGS down right now?
The verdict at the top of this page is recalculated every minute from what we get back from the WARDOGS server list. If it says the list is responding normally, the game’s backend is answering us and official servers are running in line with the last 24 hours; it is not an official statement from BULKHEAD.
Why does WARDOGS say the server is full when it shows free slots?
Slots are reserved as players are filtering in, so the count in the browser lags what the server has already committed. Pick a server with 10 to 20 free slots rather than one or two, or refresh and try the next one.
When is WARDOGS maintenance?
BULKHEAD announces maintenance on its X account and in Steam news, usually with a UTC time. Announced windows appear at the top of this page while they are current. Unannounced restarts show up here as a short dip in official servers.
Where does this status come from?
From our own connection to the WARDOGS server list: we poll it in every zone about once a minute and record what it lists. The verdict compares the current snapshot with the last 24 hours. Nothing here is based on player reports or on an official feed.
What does the WARDOGS queue mean?
The login queue is BULKHEAD’s backend admitting players in order. It filled up on launch night and has been short since. If you are queued while this page shows the servers up, wait it out; restarting the game sends you to the back.
